Are the products original?
Yes, I carefully select international brands such as Dreamy Moons, imported directly from Australia as an official distributor, and Cartas al Universo, imported directly from Mexico as an official distributor, ensuring you receive tools of the highest quality and design.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, Hijas de Luna is a 100% online store, which allows me to reach the entire country. However, I hold in-person events and workshops where you can check out the products.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
You can subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to find out about restocks and new exclusive collection launches. Pre-sales and waiting lists are also enabled.
What are "Bundles" and how can I get them?
Bundles are suggested combinations of products that enhance each other, such as our planners along with stationery items.
You can find them as individual products, or in some cases, you will see the option to add an add-on directly on the main product page.
Shipping & Delivery
Which areas do you ship to?
I ship throughout Costa Rica via Correos de Costa Rica outside the GAM (Greater Metropolitan Area) and within the GAM through private courier Moovin. The shipping cost is ₡3,000.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once payment is confirmed, we process your order within 24-48 business hours. Delivery time is usually an additional 1 to 3 days.
Can I pick up my order in person?
You can send an Uber Flash to pick it up or pick it up yourself. We can arrange a pick-up location in Heredia.

Once payment has been made, you will receive an automatic email with instructions and direct access to the course or masterclass platform.
